Description
Speech Services: Speech-language pathologists (or "speech therapists") work with your family to improve your child's communication and interaction skills in everyday life. Speech-language therapy involves assessing your child's current skill levels and then establishing goals to work toward that measure real, observable improvements in your child's communication abilities. Occupational Therapy: Occupational Therapists (OT's) and Occupational Therapy Assistants help individuals participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities (occupations). Common occupational therapy interventions include helping children with disabilities participate fully in their lives, school and social situations.
