Regional Centers in California

s a result of the 1969 Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Act, Department of Developmental Services (DDS), CA created twenty-one Regional Centers to coordinate lifelong services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. This article provides links to the regional centers, services offered, client's rights and complaints process.
